What is Quipper?
Quipper is a Japanese Education Company with the mission to “bringing the best education to every corner of the world” by providing a complete package of technology, content, and support. Quipper started in the Philippines in 2014. As of October 2020, there are more than 640 schools implementing Quipper in the country, both in the private and public school sectors.
Features
Atheneum x Quipper
Atheneum School is utilizing Quipper in its current educational system because its features meet the Department of Education's Most Essential Learning Competencies (MELCs) teaching-learning process. Hence, Quipper is the official Learning Management System (LMS) of Atheneum Cyber Education (ACE). With Quipper, teachers and students communicate and collaborate, manage assignments entirely online, and stay organized. This is where all announcements, materials, and assessment tasks will be posted by the subject teachers. There will be one Quipper Classroom for each subject.
Quipper is accessible via each student's ACE account. What exactly is an ACE account? With the help of the school’s IT Services, an official e-mail account with an @atheneum.edu.ph e-mail domain (i.e. juan_dela_cruz@atheneum.edu.ph) is created for your child using his/her full name. Through this email address, he/she will have access to the different tools the school will use to deliver and enhance lessons.
