Fill-out the enrollment form via Google Forms. Then, print and accomplish Data Privacy Policy Consent Form and Letter of Consent for Face-to-Face Classes

Enrollment Procedures for New Students
1. ACCOMPLISH FORMS AND GATHER DOCUMENTS

Accomplish the application form for new students and gather all necessary documents.

Pay the non-refundable/non-transferable ₱300 (Elementary and High School) and $10 (for aliens) Admission Processing Fee (including Testing Fee).

You may also opt to pay on-site through the school's cashier.

All required documents may be submitted either:

Online by emailing scanned copies of the documents to registrar@atheneum.edu.ph or atheneum.registrar@gmail.com

On-site by giving printed and accomplished copies of all required documents to the school's registrar

Wait for the confirmation email that will be sent within a week after application.
5. ASSESSMENT AND INTERVIEW

Applicants will be scheduled for an assessment test and interview. The assessment test is used to evaluate the student's abilities, potential, and suitability for the school's curriculum. The purpose of the interview is to understand the student's strengths, weaknesses, interests, and any additional support they may require.

The assessment and interview will be conducted onsite or in the school. An applicant is given one (1) hour to accomplish the entrance test. Afterward, a face-to-face interview will follow which lasts for 10-20 minutes only.
